After one on the toughest growing seasons we have had for several years, we have found that juggling the demands of running the box scheme and growing a wide range of vegetables has become increasingly difficult.  For the last two years we have been part of the Nene Organic Growers Group, a collection of the regions farmers who grow vegetables for the River Nene box scheme.  It has become increasingly apparent that our heart is in growing the vegetables, and that we struggle with the challenges of admin and marketing that go with running a box scheme.  We have therefore decided that to provide our customers with a better service and quality, we will focus on growing a selection of vegetables and pass the admin and deliveries on to River Nene Organic Vegetables.

The transition will take place the last week in January and we would like to thank our existing customers for their huge support over the last 3 years and hope they will still feel a connection to us through the vegetables we supply to River Nene.  Please contact www.rivernene.co.uk to find out more about their boxes.
